Happy Christmas Cake

Another one for the Cake Files.  I made this one a while back but like with everything else blog related, I never got around to posting it.  Anyway, my friend wanted a cake for their batch's Christmas party and I had carte blanche as to what it looked.  I  found the inspiration off the net when I was looking for Christmas cakes and thought that Christmas penguins were just too cute so I decided to add them to the cake I was making.
